Purpose:

This policy provides guidance in the professional development and evaluation of Inter Faculty Organization (IFO) members at Winona State University (WSU).

Policy:

IFO faculty submit a Professional Development Report (PDR) each year describing achievement of objectives in their Professional Development Plan (PDL) which is based on criteria listed in the IFO Master Agreement, Article 22. The PDR is reviewed and assessed by colleagues and the dean or supervisor to help further the professional development of the faculty member and provide guidance for promotion and tenure decisions.
