Purpose:
The policy provides guidelines for processes used in the promotion, tenure, and non-renewal of Inter Faculty Organization (IFO) members at Winona State University (WSU).
Policy/Procedure Regulation:
IFO members may be promoted, tenured, or non-renewed according to guidelines established in the IFO Master Agreement. Faculty who are eligible for promotion or tenure submit applications providing evidence of achievement of objectives in their Professional Development Plan (PDP). Colleagues, the supervising dean, and the supervising Vice President review materials and make recommendations before the President makes a final decision regarding faculty promotion, tenure, or non-renewal.
