This regulation establishes the method whereby employees who are members of the collective bargaining unit currently represented by Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty (MSUAASF) may apply for sabbatical leave at Winona State University (WSU). Reference is Article fifteen (15) of the Agreement between the Minnesota State College and University (MnSCU) Board of Trustees and Administrative Service Faculty (MSUAASF).

This policy ensures that all academic programs, including undergraduate major and minor programs and graduate certificate and degree programs at Winona State University (WSU) are reviewed on a regular basis.

This regulation establishes the method by which members of the Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty (ASF) bargaining unit may apply for Special Initiative Awards at Winona State University (WSU). The authoritative reference for this procedure is Article Twelve (12), Section I, Subd. 5, of the Agreement between the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) Board of Trustees and Administrative Service Faculty (ASF).
