This regulation establishes the procedure for naming buildings and such other facilities as lounges, lobbies, and individual rooms at Winona State University (WSU).

This regulation delineates the policy for procurement, placement, and use of plain paper copy machines at Winona State University (WSU).

Sabbatical Leave (Administrative Service Faculty – MSUAASF) Regulation (Retired)

This regulation establishes the method whereby employees who are members of the collective bargaining unit currently represented by Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty (MSUAASF) may apply for sabbatical leave at Winona State University (WSU). Reference is Article fifteen (15) of the Agreement between the Minnesota State College and University (MnSCU) Board of Trustees and Administrative Service Faculty (MSUAASF).

This regulation describe the procedures to be used in considering appeals from students suspended from Winona State University (WSU) for academic reasons.

Special Initiative Awards (SIA) Policy and Procedure for ASF (Administrative Service Faculty – MSUAASF) Regulation (Retired)

This regulation establishes the method by which members of the Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty (ASF) bargaining unit may apply for Special Initiative Awards at Winona State University (WSU). The authoritative reference for this procedure is Article Twelve (12), Section I, Subd. 5, of the Agreement between the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) Board of Trustees and Administrative Service Faculty (ASF).

Excused Absence For Unclassified Employees Regulation (Retired)

This regulation prescribes the procedures to be used by unclassified employees at Winona State University (WSU) requesting authorization to be absent from campus.

Note: This legacy regulation is a candidate for retirement. Comments from the Director of Human Resources:

Alumni Affairs Regulation (Retired)

This regulation aims to promote the interests of Winona State University (WSU) and to establish mutually beneficial relations between the University and its alumni. To promote the welfare of the alumni, students, and faculty of WSU and its predecessor, Winona State Teachers College, and Winona Normal School.

Note: This legacy regulation is a candidate for retirement. The VP for Advancement and the Director of Alumni Relations agreed with the committee’s suggestion that the current regulation (and any proposed update) looks more like a position description rather than an actual policy.
