This website presents all officially approved Winona State University (WSU) policies, procedures, and regulations. After reviewing the final version for a policy and procedure draft that has undergone stakeholder review, the WSU All-University Policy Committee (UPC) reviews the final drafts submitted by the Responsible Officer (the author for the draft).
