[5-17] Access to Criminal History Records Information

Minnesota Statute 299C.46 requires criminal background checks on all  current and newly hired employees conducting background checks on others and with access to criminal history records of others. At WSU this applies to certain Human Resources, Residence Life, Athletics, Security Services, and other designated employees.
