[3-4] Substantive Curricular Change
A revision to the academic catalog that typically requires HLC approval or notification including, but not limited to:
- New degree, diploma, and certificate programs
- Competency-based education programs
- New branch campuses and additional locations
- Initiation and expansion of distance delivery for programs
